Macey McCann focuses on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She began at Foley as a summer associate, where she worked on federal and state court matters, including drafting critical court filings, including complaints, petitions, various motions, and detailed discovery responses.

Prior to joining Foley, Macey gained international experience studying and working at law firms in England and Spain. Macey has demonstrated thought leadership by authoring external publications on the subjects of the enforcement of international arbitral awards and corporate agreements with local communities in the Alaskan Arctic.
