Crystal El‑Achkar brings a strong mechanical engineering foundation to her role as a patent engineer, supporting clients throughout the patent application process with technical clarity and practical engineering insight.

Crystal has hands‑on experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and system analysis. Her prior engineering roles at People’s Gas and RCO Engineering included designing gas distribution components, reviewing utility drawings, inspecting aerospace parts, and evaluating mechanical tolerances. She has also completed multiple mechanical design and manufacturing projects, developing skills in CAD modeling, technical documentation, and system testing.

Prior to joining the firm, Crystal participated in Foley’s summer patent engineer program, where she gained valuable experience drafting utility patent applications and office action responses, reviewing and preparing technical drawings, and conducting prior art searches.
