Jason Gindi is a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on a broad range of antitrust and competition matters, including merger review and counseling, antitrust litigation, and government investigations. Jason advises clients on transactions, litigation, and investigations; manages end-to-end merger reviews, including HSR filings, strategic and competitive analysis, and agency engagement; and provides antitrust counseling and compliance guidance.
