Foley partners Lisa Noller, chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, and Judy Waltz, chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group, are speaking in the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Annual Meeting & In-House Counsel Program. Noller’s session is titled “Real or Imagined – Legal Ethical Issues in Providing F&A Advice,” and Waltz is on the panel “Whose Job is MA Compliance Anyway? Differing Expectations for Plans and Providers.”
The Annual Meeting brings together health law professionals for a focused, practical exploration of the legal and regulatory forces reshaping health care. As enforcement activity intensifies and innovation accelerates, the program equips attendees with actionable strategies to manage risk, support growth, and advise confidently in complex environments. This year’s agenda features deep dives into False Claims Act enforcement, corporate criminal investigations, Stark Law, managed care oversight, reimbursement disputes, and agency deference.
