Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Ultradent Products Inc., a leading global developer and manufacturer of high-tech dental materials, devices, and instruments, in its agreement to be acquired by Mitsui Chemicals.
The transaction will establish a long-term platform for growth by uniting Mitsui Chemicals’ scale and research capabilities, including its existing oral care business, Kulzer, with Ultradent’s deep clinical insight and innovative culture to deliver comprehensive dental solutions worldwide.
Ultradent, based in South Jordan, Utah, is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-tech dental materials, devices, and instruments with a vision to improve global oral health. Ultradent also works to improve the quality of life and health of individuals through financial and charitable programs.
