Elizabeth Fu is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financing matters. She represents public and private companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers, in a range of transactional matters.

Elizabeth’s prior experience includes work with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, an in-house legal internship with a global internet infrastructure and cybersecurity company, a technology and public policy clinic, and a judicial externship with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
