CHAI Legal Summit

Foley partners Larry Vernaglia, co-chair of the firm’s Providers of Health Care Services Area of Focus; Claire Marblestone; and of counsel John Strom are speaking at the upcoming CHAI Legal Summit on September 17 in Foley’s Boston Office. Larry is slated to deliver the opening and closing remarks, lead the breakout session “Governing the AI You Already Have: Inventory, ROI, and Lessons Learned from AI Failures,” and moderate the panel “State and Federal Policy Developments.” Claire will lead the breakout session “Ambient Listening and Recording” and join John as a panelist in “State and Federal Policy Developments.”
