Megha Kundra is a corporate attorney who helps clients achieve their business objectives and navigate complex legal issues by assisting with mergers and acquisitions, emerging company financings, fund formation, and a range of general corporate matters. She represents clients throughout all stages of transactional matters, including due diligence, disclosure preparation, drafting purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and closing activities. Megha also has experience preparing financing, corporate governance, equity incentive, and commercial agreements. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a law clerk in the Litigation Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office
