Foley & Lardner LLP partner Jonathan Lasken is highlighted across the media for his recent arrival to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Lasken joins the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, representing clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation, government investigations, and merger challenges. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in government and private practice, including senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as first-chair trial experience in major antitrust litigation.
In a Law360 profile, Lasken said, “Foley felt like a natural next step for me because of the firm’s deep relationships across sectors facing some of the most significant competition and regulatory issues today.” He highlighted a “real sense of momentum” which made the firm “the right platform” for leveraging his government experience.
