Foley Partner Louis Lehot Quoted in Reuters on Ackman SPAC Lawsuits

Foley & Lardner partner Louis Lehot was recently quoted in a Reuters Westlaw article titled, “Lawyers behind Ackman’s retreat may target more SPACs.”

The article takes a look at the lawyers whose action prompted billionaire investor William Ackman to make changes to his special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The lawsuits accuse the SPACs of operating illegally by not registering as investment companies.
