The Foley & Lardner Sports & Entertainment group recently launched their Nationwide Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) Tracker: A Compendium of College Sports NIL Laws in the U.S. to help compile and summarize state NIL laws throughout the country. The tracker was featured in the SBJ’s “Closing Bell – Speed Reads” newsletter.
