Partner Clyde Tinnen was profiled in the Milwaukee Business Journal article, “Trading Home Office for Foley’s Downtown High-Rise.”
Tinnen, who recently joined Foley’s Milwaukee office, had been working remotely for an East Cost law firm for the last five years from his home in suburban Milwaukee, but the isolation and opportunities at Foley convinced him to make the lateral move.
A corporate finance and transactional business lawyer, Tinnen has represented Comstock Mining Inc, a Nevada-based gold and silver mining company. He also representing JP Morgan Chase Bank in a $2 billion revolving credit facility for Macy’s Inc.
Tinnen told the MBJ that he will strive to achieve an integral role in the Milwaukee business community and the community at large. “I’d like to have some of the biggest companies here know that they have resources here in the community — that the biggest and best companies know Foley and me specifically,” he said.
