Foley served as legal advisor to Hampton Golf-managed entities in their sale of Country Club of Ocala, Southern Hills Plantation, The Palencia Club, and the Plantation Golf & Country Club to Heritage Golf Group. Foley also advised XUDE Hospitality in their acquisition of Sanibel Island Golf Club.
