Gardere Partner Alex Chae Represents Mattress Firm in Real Estate Lawsuit

Gardere litigation partner Alexander C. Chae has been quoted in Bisnow and Forbes for his work defending a former Mattress Firm executive against claims of orchestrating a multistate real estate fraud scheme.
“At this point, we're going to vigorously defend against those claims,” Chae said. “They don't have any merit.”
