Gekas, who is representing three street artists, commented, “This is not an instance of a fleeting glimpse of our clients’ original artwork appearing in the background of a movie shot in Buenos Aires. Nor does it appear that the filmmakers were merely ‘inspired by’ our clients’ work. In short, this is not ‘fair use.’”
