World Intellectual Property Review
Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in a December 6, 2013 World Intellectual Property Review article titled “Innovation Act eases through the House.” The article discusses how the US patent reform is a step closer after the House of Representatives passed the Innovation Act. Baluch is quoted saying, “Although the bill passed by a wide margin, the final vote masks some heated disagreement on certain key provisions – particularly the ‘loser pays’ and ‘joinder’ provisions.”
