Partner Michael Rogers Represents Feld Entertainment in IHRA Acquisition

IHRA Motorsports^TM issued a press release regarding IHRA Entertainment LLC’s acquisition of International Hot Rod Association^®, which was majority-owned by Feld Motor Sports^®, a division of Feld Entertainment Inc. IHRA Entertainment is a newly-formed corporation held by the ownership group of Palm Beach International Raceway ^TM and Memphis International Raceway^TM. The new ownership group will take over management of the 43-year-old organization immediately and operate as IHRA Motorsports ^TM.

Gardere Partner Michael F. Rogers served as outside legal counsel to Feld Entertainment.
