Foley Attorneys Named Top Washington Lawyers

Foley announced today that four Washington, D.C. office attorneys have been named to Washingtonian Magazine’s list of top Washington lawyers.

The Foley attorneys named top Washington lawyers and their primary practices, as classified by Washingtonian Magazine, are:

• Richard Stoll, Environmental Law;
• Ybet Villacorta, Intellectual Property Law; and
• Samuel Winer, Securities Law.

To compile its annual list, Washingtonian Magazine surveyed nearly 1,000 attorneys throughout Washington, asking them to vote for the top practitioners in their fields. The final list of top Washington lawyers features the top one percent of Washington attorneys in 29 areas of legal practice.
