Foley attorney Ken Duck was quoted in an article titled “Costs a catalyst for shake-up in car parts” in the June 11, 2008 issue of Shanghai Daily. Duck offered his insight into overseas mergers and acquisitions that have resulted from the recent surge of consolidation among China’s auto parts companies. Duck added that the number of overseas M&A deals is still limited, but many Chinese auto manufacturers are keeping a close eye on the U.S. auto market.
