Foley Partner James Kalyvas contributed an article to December 2015 issue of Manufacturing Leadership Journal, titled “Seven Steps to an Effective Cybersecurity Program.” The article discussed the need for manufacturers to confront cybersecurity as a priority and dedicate resources to creating and maintaining an effective information security program. Kalyvas provided insight on seven key elements of a cybersecurity risk management program and key action steps to be taken and revisited throughout the program’s maturity. Examples of the components include managing user privileges and addressing removable media controls.
