Partner Nathaniel Lacktman authored an article for Compliance Today, published on May 1, 2014, titled “OIG 2014 Work Plan Explores New Compliance Projects: Part 2.” The article provided an overview of some of the major enforcement projects in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) 2014 Work Plan. The article, which was the second part of a two-part article on 2014 Work Plan, also addressed Medicare Parts C and D as well as public health and department reviews.
