Robert H. Griffith is a retired partner with Foley & Lardner LLP where he concentrated a substantial portion of his practice representing retail clients and entities in the health care and financial services industries, including in connection with the defense of class actions, payor/provider disputes, and numerous other sorts of class and individual claims (including those alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, violations of various states’ consumer fraud statutes, ERISA, and RICO statutes, among others). A significant part of Robert’s practice also included representing clients in connection with False Claims Act litigation. He was a member of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team; and its Commercial Litigation, Consumer Financial Services, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations Practices.

Robert Griffith has extensive experience in complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in various arbitration forums. His practice focused on complex commercial, health care, securities and consumer litigation matters, including class actions, derivative actions and multidistrict litigation.
