Foley Partner Aaron Tantleff, member of the firm’s Energy Industry Team, along with Ryan Gum (Managing Counsel Exploration and Production Services and Intellectual Property, Occidental) recently gave a CLE Presentation during the ACC Houston Chapter Meeting. Their presentation, titled “Big Data Analytics and AI: Rise of the New Intelligence. Emerging Legal and Ethical Considerations,” will focus on the rapidly increasing value related to the monetization and enhanced analytics of Big Data, the new legal challenges that go with it, and how these challenges are being address, what the future might hold, and how Big Data may be impacted by regulation.
