Their presentation, titled “Big Data Analytics and AI: Rise of the New Intelligence. Emerging Legal and Ethical Considerations,” will focus on the rapidly increasing value related to the monetization and enhanced analytics of Big Data, the new legal challenges that go with it, and how these challenges are being address, what the future might hold, and how Big Data may be impacted by regulation.
