Please join us on May 10th for the Milwaukee Fashion Initiative’s Breakfast and Basics.

Whether new to the industry or established in your business, we invite you to join us to learn basic intellectual property principles and the fundamentals of setting up and running your own business.

Our IP 101 session will provide a basic understanding of what intellectual property rights are and how they are protected through patents, design patents, trademarks and copyrights. Our Business 101 session will explore the fundamentals of starting your own business, including selecting the right form of entity, creating governing documents, making necessary corporate and tax filings, and funding your business. We hope you will find these sessions educational and informative.
