Gardere Attorney Teresa Lechner-Fish presented “Copyright Basics: What Are Copyrights? How Are Copyrights Created? And How Can They Be Protected?” at the Katy Bar Association’s monthly meeting.
In her presentation, Ms. Lechner-Fish identified examples of copyrights, as well as provided guidance on how copyrights are created and who owns them. Suggestions on how copyrights can be protected in the marketplace were also discussed.
