Foley Partner Robert J. Heinrich presented “Negotiating Loan Documents in Today’s Environment” at the Association for Financial Professionals’ 2011 Annual Conference in Boston on November 7, 2011. Mr. Heinrich discussed recent developments in loan documents and how corporate borrowers can best negotiate their credit facilities. He provided examples of specific language that corporate borrowers should request be in their loan documents, as well as specific language that should be avoided.
