Mr. Broude presentation, “Strategic Partnerships: Let’s Make a Deal”, reviewed the various factors that might influence the type of transaction, based on the goals and needs of each party and the stage of development of the SBIR awardee.
Mr. Broude also spoke on the “The radically changed world of Venture Capital as an industry: on the ground implications” panel which discussed the state of the venture capital industry and the impact on SBIR-funded companies seeking to raise venture capital.
