Jason Allen, Partner and member of Foley & Lardner’s Energy Industry Team, will be presenting on the Energy Policy and Economic Stimulus panel at BayBio’s “Biofuels: Challenges, Opportunities and Perspectives” event on May 28, 2009 in Foster City, CA from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Mr. Allen and Bill Green of Global Resource Ventures will address government energy policies, how the stimulus package has impacted the biofuels industry as well as approaches behind government support for next generation biofuels.
Panel presentations begin at 3:00pm and will be held at Applied BioSystems.
