James Howard, chair of Gardere’s tax practice, along with tax partners Val J. Albright, Michael J. Donohue and Stephen D. Good, presented on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act as part of Gardere’s CLE program Feb. 2.

This presentation, delivered to a Gardere audience, explained some of the provisions that may apply broadly to the firm’s clients.
