Four Attorneys Chosen By Peers As Best In Practice.

Foley announced today that three partners and one of counsel from its Los Angeles office have been selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2008 Southern California edition of The Best Lawyers in America®.

The attorneys named and their primary practices, as classified by Best Lawyers®, are:

  • Carole E. Handler, Intellectual Property Law
  • Pamela L. Johnston, White Collar Criminal Defense
  • Richard F. Seiden, Health Care Law
  • Carl I. Weissburg (10), Health Care Law

The number after Weissburg indicates that he has been named to the Best Lawyers list for at least 10 consecutive years.

The 2008 edition is the 14th edition of The Best Lawyers in AmericaBest Lawyers is based on peer-review surveys in which attorneys throughout the country cast nearly a half million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”
