Andrew B. Serwin, partner and founding chair of Foley’s Privacy, Security & Information Management Practice serves as editor of Privacy & Security Source. Serwin has extensive experience in privacy and security matters and is the author of "Information Security and Privacy: A Practical Guide to Federal, State and International Law," a 3,600 page treatise published by Thomson-West that examines all aspects of privacy and security laws. Joining Serwin as contributors to this blog are attorneys Michael R. Overly, Peter F. McLaughlin, Matthew A. Karlyn and Julie H. Kim.
