Latin Lawyer Covers Gardere's Representation of PepsiCo in Antitrust Matter

Latin Lawyer recently published an article on Gardere Arena's representation of PepsiCo Inc. Gardere Arena obtained antitrust clearance for the company in a Mexican bottling venture. The joint venture will combine PepsiCo-owned beverage manufacturing and distribution operations in Mexico with those of GEUSA, the other Pepsi-Cola bottler in Mexico and a subsidiary of GEUPEC.
