Mr. Perkins spoke on the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s upcoming debate on a bill that would put a streamlined process into place for contested case hearing requests.

“The bill was clearly intended to tighten up that process a great deal,” said Mr. Perkins. “It’s touted as a bill to give businesses in Texas a great deal of certainty about that process and how long it would take.”
