Gardere Represents Inhance Technologies in Trade Secrets Suit

Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP successfully represented Inhance Technologies LLC, an innovative plastics solutions company, in a suit filed against its former employees. The jury returned a multimillion-dollar verdict establishing the trade secret nature of the technology and the misappropriation by the defendants.

The case was one of the first to be tried to jury under the recently enacted Texas Uniform Trade Secret Act, which went into effect Sept. 1, 2013. The Gardere team was led by Partners Rachel Powitzky Steely, Jessica Glatzer Mason, and Terrell R. Miller, and Attorney Michael R. Rahmn.
