Partner Christopher Swift was quoted in a Barron’s article, “Trump: Travel to Cuba & Promote Independence,” covering the potential impact of the Trump administration pending policy changes toward Cuba.

Swift explained that the decision to roll back some U.S. sanctions on Cuba is “not consistent with the position that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and leading U.S. businesses,” and it will have “a chilling effect on U.S. businesses in Cuba,” especially given the Cuban government involvement in the private sector.
