Foley & Lardner Advises Plantronics on $2 Billion Deal For Polycom

Foley & Lardner served as outside counsel for Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT), a leading telephone headset maker, in its $2 billion cash and stock acquisition of Polycom Inc. Foley advised Plantronics on matters relating to the negotiation, completion and financing of the acquisition.

The acquisition closed July 2, 2018.
