Special Counsel Kyle Faget and Associate Sunny Levine have co-authored an article for HealthTech magazine, “Fact or Fallacy: Is Telehealth Here to Stay?” about hurdles and misconceptions that stand in the way of more widespread adoption of telehealth services, including the complex legal and regulatory framework for telehealth, the reluctance of some specialties to use it, the acceptability of various types of technology, and lagging reimbursements.
