Capuano Discusses Impeachment Inquiry Against Trump

31 October 2019 WGBH News

Public Affairs Director Michael Capuano appeared on Boston public television station WGBH to discuss the House vote along party lines to proceed with an impeachment inquiry against President Trump.

Capuano, who served as a representative in Congress for Massachusetts’ Seventh District, said it’s too early to say whether the impeachment process is hopelessly partisan. “We don’t know yet. We’ll see when we get there,” he said. “This is the first step – actually not the first – more like the third step with 10 more to come.”
