Sanders Comments on Feverish Pace of Lateral Movement in D.C.

Washington, D.C. Office Managing Partner David Sanders was quoted in a Law360 Pulse article, “‘Hottest Market’: Lateral Movement In DC Hits Feverish Pitch,” about a hiring frenzy among D.C. firms facing a surge in incoming work across practice areas.
Sanders said there has been no sign yet of corporate deals slowing down, nationally or locally. He also said Foley’s D.C. office has made two lateral associate hires in its transaction practice so far this year and has three joining as first-year associates in the fall.
