Foley Represents SimpleHealth in Acquisition of Emme

Foley & Lardner LLP represented SimpleHealth, one of the nation’s fastest-growing reproductive health care companies, in its acquisition of Emme, a health care technology company focused on women’s health. The acquisition expands SimpleHealth’s birth control prescription delivery and telehealth services while addressing the unmet needs of reproductive health through a patient-centered approach.    

Headquartered in New York, SimpleHealth is a nationally recognized telehealth and wellness provider offering convenient, simple, and affordable access to birth control in the United States.

Foley advised SimpleHealth in the health care regulatory aspects of the deal. The team was led by Partners Kyle Faget and Rachel Goodman with significant contributions from Senior Counsel Aaron Maguregui.
