Attorneys Brian Potts and David Zoppo contributed an article to Forbes, “The Supreme Court’s Hidden Climate Agenda,” on December 23, 2014. The article discussed the United States Supreme Court’s decision to hear a challenge to the EPA’s Mercury and Air Toxics (MATS) rule. Potts and Zoppo explain the challenges of regulating mercury and carbon monoxide power plant emissions and the overlapping rules including MATS, the Clean Air Act and the Clean Power Plan.
