The article discussed China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and its restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS 2), which establishes key requirements for manufacturers and importers of in-scope electrical and electronic products, parts and components. Ferris provided insight on the new program and next steps for manufacturers.
