Overview

Nick is an associate and real estate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Nick represents clients in a variety of complex real estate matters, including purchase and sales, development, New Market and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financing. He also counsels clients in connection with the real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions. 

In addition to his traditional real estate practice, Nick has experience on real estate aspects of wind, solar and other energy projects, including working on site control documents; addressing title, survey, and other development matters, and performing real estate diligence for tax equity investments. 

Representative Real Estate Experience:

  • Represented a client in a $48 million portfolio acquisition of 6 medical office buildings located throughout the United States.

Representative Energy Experience:

  • Represented a major U.S. financial institution on real estate diligence and related work in connection with its $79 million construction and term loan investment in a portfolio of solar projects located in New York and Massachusetts, aggregating over 61 MW of production capability.
