Richard M. Caron

Richard Caron is an Of Counsel and Business Law attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Richard is based in the Orlando office where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, he practiced at an international law firm in Orlando where he successfully advised clients in real estate and other commercial transactions, with a focus on the resort and hospitality industries and master planned real estate development.  Richard’s practice also includes representing private equity lenders and financial institutions in structured finance and secured lending transactions, including securitizations and other asset-backed loans.
