Overview

Michael Crosbie is a business litigator with decades of trial experience, litigating matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He manages complex commercial matters including class actions, shareholder disputes, covenants not-to-compete, and business torts. 

Clients in the financial services industry, publishing companies and entertainment groups, and emerging medical and technology companies trust Michael to navigate complicated cases and determine the best course of action. 

In addition to his law firm experience, Michael served as chief legal counsel for a publicly-traded development and travel company. 

Shortly after entering private practice, Michael was asked to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven D. Merryday, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
