Daniel Patrick Flaherty



Daniel Flaherty is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Daniel focuses his practice on patent litigation in U.S. district court, before the Federal Circuit and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Daniel’s patent litigation experience spans technologies such as building controls, consumer electronics, software, wireless networking, engine components, sports medicine and product packaging.

Prior to entering law, Daniel managed quality assurance teams for the emergency department module of a medical records software manufacturer and oversaw company-wide root cause analysis procedures.
