  • Defended a coffee brewer manufacturer against claims of violations of the Lanham Act and trademark infringements
  • Represented landowner in a suit to quiet title to prevent a neighboring landowner from improperly using an access road on the landowner's property
  • Represented landowner in a suit to quiet title to prevent a nearby shopping center from using the landowner's property for drainage
  • Represented genetic testing equipment supplier in a breach of contract dispute with customer who failed to pay for goods as required by the parties' contract
  • Represented lighting manufacturer in a dispute involving a breach of a settlement agreement. After a 2-day arbitration, was awarded the full amount of stipulated damages provided for in the agreement, as well as attorneys' fees and costs
  • Defended oilfield operator against a landowner's claims of trespass and breach of a lease
