Heather Lee is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
In 2017, Heather was a summer associate with Foley, providing support in the area of litigation.
Prior to joining Foley, Heather spent her final year of law school working with Harvard Law School’s Criminal Justice Institute, where she represented indigent defendants across Suffolk County’s courts.
Heather received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (J.D., 2018), where she was selected to spend her final year of law school at Harvard Law School. While at UC Berkeley, Heather was a member of Ecology Law Quarterly and worked for the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health & Welfare clinic. She obtained her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of South Florida (B.A., summa cum laude, 2014).
