Hillary Leffue is an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and the Government Enforcement, Defense & Investigations Practice Groups.
Hillary represents a variety of clients across business, technology, and healthcare sectors. She has experience in complex commercial litigation, including stateside and international arbitrations, internal investigations, and government enforcement investigations involving the False Claims Act (FCA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and other state enforcement acts. She also represents clients before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
As a law student, Hillary interned with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts and was a teaching assistant in Boston University’s (BU) legal writing program for first-year students. As a participant in BU’s Criminal Law Clinic, Hillary represented indigent clients in the Boston Municipal Court. Prior to law school, Hillary worked in operations and crisis management at a global non-profit, in its headquarters for North Africa and the Middle East.
