Overview

Megan Martinez is an associate for the Litigation Department with Foley & Lardner LLP. Megan is based in the Houston office where she is a member of the Energy Litigation Practice Group.

Megan began her career with Foley as a summer associate, where she performed legal research and analysis in a variety of areas including commercial and employment litigation, contractual disputes, and issues related to federal agencies and regulations.

During law school, Megan was a Legal Intern for a multinational personal care corporation where she composed documents, conducted research, and revised contracts.  As an associate, she also assisted in drafting an appellate brief, developed privacy consent client-advisories, and analyzed documents and incorporated applicable provisions into term sheets.
