Megan Martinez began her career with Foley as a summer associate, where she performed legal research and analysis in a variety of areas, including commercial and employment litigation, contractual disputes, and issues related to federal agencies and regulations.

During law school, Megan was a legal intern for a multinational personal care corporation where she composed documents, conducted research, and revised contracts. As an associate, she also assisted in drafting an appellate brief, developed privacy consent client-advisories, and analyzed documents and incorporated applicable provisions into term sheets.    

Megan is a member of the Energy Litigation Practice Group.
